The Right Instruction
Changes Everything

Every child learns differently.

Successful reading intervention begins with understanding each child's unique strengths, challenges, and learning profile.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to learning to read. That's why every lesson I teach is personalized, evidence-based, and thoughtfully designed around the child sitting in front of me.

My goal is always the same: to meet each child where they are and help them move forward with confidence.

Instruction Grounded in the Science of Reading

My teaching is grounded in the Science of Reading, a large body of research that explains how children learn to read and identifies the instructional practices that are most effective.

Using Structured Literacy and an Orton-Gillingham–based, multisensory approach, I provide instruction that is:

  • Explicit

  • Systematic

  • Sequential

  • Diagnostic

  • Cumulative

  • Individualized

Each lesson builds on previously learned skills while continually adapting to meet your child's changing needs. Through ongoing assessment and progress monitoring, instruction evolves alongside your child's growth, ensuring they receive exactly the support they need.

Let's Build a Strong Foundation Together

Whether your child is just beginning to struggle or has faced reading challenges for some time, the right instruction can make all the difference.

My goal is to help every child develop the skills, confidence, and independence they need to become successful readers while discovering that learning can be both meaningful and joyful.

Every child deserves instruction that honors the way they learn. Together, we'll build a strong foundation that supports not only reading success today, but a lifelong confidence in learning and in themselves.

Effective reading instruction isn't one-size-fits-all. It responds to each child's unique strengths, needs, and growth.

When children understand how reading works,
confidence begins to grow.
